The longer version

When nobody is sure what is covered, technicians either give work away or bill for it and start a dispute. Both cost money and goodwill.

QTCFolio records each installed machine with its model, serial number, site and install dates, and keeps a full service history per machine. Warranty is checked before pricing, and covered work is kept at zero charge.

Maintenance contracts sit in the same system, with recurring fees, visit cadence, included hours that are tracked and used up, and contract-specific rates and exclusions.
